The Company is founded by Henrik Kihlberg and Mats Lindgren as a research spin-off company from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm, Sweden.
2000
The Company receives venture capital from ABN AMRO and Time Vision.
2001
The Company wins the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences (IVA) award: The best research spin-off company of the year in Sweden.
2002
The Company receives patent for its system solution in Sweden and USA.
The Company becomes certified according to ISO 9001 and 14001.
2004
The prepress company Scarena is acquired.
The Company is now showing profit according to plan.
2006
The Company acquires Done International and Text & Rubrik and becomes one of the leading Nordic media production companies.
2007
The Company changes the name to Done Management and Systems AB.
The Company moves to its new office space at Kungsholmen in Stockholm.
Peter Forhaug is assigned as the Chairman of the Board in Done Management and Systems AB.
Done makes an IPO at the Nordic list First North.
The Company acquires Grafit media & Kommunikation AB.
